As we all know the people do not like changes at their workplace, unless it is the change of their salary (increase) or promotion. We just do not like to change our behavior. This is why we are reluctant to any new procedures, especially those prepared by the team of consultants designing process flows without any our involvement. One of the ABC of ICT card illustrates such a situation. Have a look at it and please help creating the list of all the fail factors related to the illustration. Just to mention few of them:
1. Employees' reluctance to change 2. The way the procedures are being designed (no consultancy with employees) 3. The way the procedures are being implemented (e.g. no training of the new way of working) 4. Lack of management commitment
What are the other fail factors and how to overcome each of them? Please share your knowledge and take part in the LinkedIn discussion:
How not to make a mistake and implement the new procedures so there are clear effects on the daily operations? What are the resistances and how to overcome them? |
